How would I bring this to my company?

The answer is steps.

First step, have some individuals complete the Personal Survey©.

Second step, a consultant will work with you over the phone providing results for those Surveys.  You will be helped to understand the information the Survey provides, as well as the significance of the information to your company.

Third step, have a consultant visit your company.  This visit will include:

• Working with individuals one-on-one providing Personal Survey© results, working towards goals. 

• A Basic Understanding Character© class, four hours long, approximately 10 to 12 participants. 

• Working with company leaders to develop the plans for long-term growth of participants.

Fourth step, continue with consultant visits about every three months.  Each time there is one-on-one time for coaching individuals and Understanding Character© classes which continue to provide information and allow time for discussion.

In addition to these steps, time spent over the phone working with your consultant as well as information provided in emails will be necessary to nurture the process.

As time passes, people will begin to see themselves and their work environment more clearly.
