Event Overview

The work done by Wingspan, Ltd. includes consultation at the client's home location and retreats that have off-the-beaten-path opportunities for travel. The goal is to help individuals broaden their horizons and add to their foundation.  An effort is made to avoid places that are known as "tourist destinations". People are taken out of their comfort zones but are not pressured into participating in activities that make them too uncomfortable. A positive experience is the goal.

• Leadership requires VISION.

• The ability to thoughtfully and effectively LEAD, requires depth - depth of thought, depth of feeling.

• The only way to increase one's depth is to be exposed to new things and experiences.

• Leaders need to be immersed in places where the environment and the people are different from day-to-day life.

• Whether it is sitting on the edge of an immense canyon or walking the cobblestone streets of a small town in Germany, it will help you be better at what you do.

Please note:  The events listed on this website are available.  Clients often request different locations and/or itineraries. Almost any place can be accommodated as a destination for a retreat.
